Designed to complement an already outstanding device — the Bluesound Node ICON — the ICON AIB-UP replaces the stock internal power supply. It delivers the speed, low noise floor, and clean linear power your streamer deserves, taking your musical journey to a deeper level.
The 5-Stage Power Supply Revolution
Building UPon the heritage of our legendary BOTW P&P ECO linear power supplies, we developed a highly sophisticated 5-stage lossless power conversion architecture. This unique concept delivers an incredible transient response, effortlessly matching the complexity of any musical demand.
Ultra-Clean Foundation: The ICON AIB-UP replaces the stock internal SMPS and connects the ICON externally to our linear upgrade power supply, the BOTW P&P ECO MKII 12-13V.
Superfast Power Conversion: A groundbreaking power concept! The design of the ICON AIB-UP efficiently converts the 3A power rating of the external BOTW P&P ECO MKII 12-13V power supply into an incredible 6.5A average and a staggering 8A peak current capability. Massive headroom for dynamic peaks, without wasting energy to heat.
EMI Filter: The Split-current of the BOTW P&P ECO actively eliminates electromagnetic radiation right at the entrance of the ICON, minimizing any potential interference.
HF Input Filter: The connection between the Split-current unit and the ICON AIB-UP is designed to strip away residual high-frequency noise for a completely dead-silent, pitch-black background.
Audiophile Soundstage: The ICON AIB-UP features meticulously selected, audio-grade components to deliver a supreme musical experience with a fully holographic soundstage expanding in width, depth, and height.
